देशभरातील लाईनमनबद्दल कृतज्ञता व्यक्त करण्यासाठी केंद्र शासनाने 4 मार्च 2023 रोजी देशभरात लाईनमन दिवस साजरा करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे. 4 मार्च रोजी महावितरणमध्ये सर्वत्र लाईनमन दिवस साजरा करण्यात येणार असून त्यानिमित्त विविध कार्यक्रमांचे चंद्रपूर परिमंडळात आयोजन करण्यात आले आहे.# khabarkatta Chandrapur
जनमित्र म्हणजेच लाईनमन हा महावितरणच्या व्यवस्थेमधील अत्यंत महत्त्वाचा घटक आहे. महावितरणचे जनमित्र ऊन, वारा, पाऊस तसेच इतरही अत्यंत खडतर परिस्थितीत ग्राहकांना सुरळीत वीजपुरवठ्यासाठी ते चोवीस तास सेवा देतात. त्यांच्या या कामाप्रती कृतज्ञता व्यक्त करण्यासाठी या दिवसाचे आयोजन करण्यात आले आहे. यात महावितरणच्या राज्यभरातील प्रादेशिक व परिमंडळ स्तरावर आयोजित मुख्य कार्यक्रमांमध्ये नियमित व बाह्यस्त्रोत महिला व पुरुष लाईनमनचा प्रादेशिक संचालक व मुख्य अभियंता यांच्या हस्ते गौरव करण्यात येणार आहे. याशिवाय ग्रामीण भागात विभाग कार्यालयाचे कार्यक्षेत्र विस्तारलेले व दुर्गम आहे अशा विभागांतील उपविभाग कार्यालय किंवा अतिदुर्गम शाखा कार्यालयांमध्ये स्वतंत्रपणे लाईनमन दिवसाचे आयोजन करण्यात येणार आहे.
या सर्व कार्यक्रमांमध्ये उपस्थितांना वीजसुरक्षेची शपथ देऊन वीजसुरक्षेबाबत प्रबोधन करण्यात येईल. सोबतच सहव्यवस्थापकीय संचालक, प्रादेशिक संचालक, मुख्य अभियंता, अधीक्षक अभियंता व कार्यकारी अभियंता आदी कार्यालय प्रमुख या कार्यक्रमास मार्गदर्शन करतील. शिवाय महिला व पुरुष लाईनमन यांचे अनुभव कथन होऊन त्यात त्यांचा यथोचित सन्मान करण्यात येणार आहे. बल्लारपूर रोडवरील बाबुपेठ कार्यालयात, सकाळी 11 वाजता मुख्य कार्यक्रम आयोजित करण्यात आला आहे. या कार्यक्रमाला मुख्य अभियंता सुनील देशपांडे यांची प्रमुख उपस्थिती राहील. तसेच सर्वच ठिकाणी आयोजित कार्यक्रमांमध्ये वीजसुरक्षेची शपथ, वीजसुरक्षेबाबत प्रबोधन करण्यात येणार आहे. राज्यात विविध स्तरावर ४ मार्च रोजी होणाऱ्या या लाईनमन दिवस कार्यक्रमास नियमित व बाहयस्त्रोत अशा सर्व महिला व पुरुष जनमित्रांनी सहभाग नोंदवण्याचे आवाहन महावितरणकडून करण्यात आले आहे.
चंद्रपूर परिमंडळात ‘लाईनमन’ म्हणजेच प्रकाशदूत किंवा जनेतचा मित्र ‘जनमित्रांनी ’ चंद्रपूर व गडचिरेालीसारखा दुर्गम प्रदेश, जंगल, दऱ्या खोरे, पहाडावर काम कधी वादळ कधी वारा, पूर, पाऊस तर कधी कडाक्याची थंडी. हे सर्व ऋतू एकप्रकारे महावितरणच्या कर्मचाऱ्याची परीक्षा पहात असतात. गडचिरेालीसारख्या दुर्गम जंगली भागात शकडो किमी वीजवाहिनीची देखभाल दुरुस्ती, तर कधी पावसात, नदीनाल्यातून गेलेल्या वीजवाहिन्या, इंसुलेटर्सची दुरुस्ती वीजग्राहकांचा वीजपुरवठा लवकरात लवकर दुरुस्त होणे हे एकमेव ध्येयाने विजेरी, डिसचार्ज रॅाड, वितळतार इ. इत्यादी साधने घेऊन, चंद्रपूर वाघांचे नंदनवन, अशा या वाघासारखे हिंस्त्र प्राण्याच्या सान्निध्यात रात्री अपरात्री वीजपुरवठा सुरळीत केला आहे.
भर उन्हात दुपारी 12 ची वेळ किंवा संध्याकाळ, रात्र केव्हाही वीजपुरवठा खंडित झाल्याची तक्रार सोडवण्यासाठी लाईनमन आपली, कवच कुंडले, रबराचेहातमोजे, डिस्चार्ज रॉड, हारनेस, झुला घेवून वीजेच्या खांबावर रोहित्रांवर काम उन्हाच्या चटक्याची पर्वा न करता, मार्च, एप्रिल 2022 ते फेब्रुवारी 2023 या कालावधीत महावितरणच्या प्रकाशदूतांनी तांत्रिक स्वरूपाच्या 43 हजार 334 तक्रारी भर उन्हातान्हात, रात्रीच्या उकाड्यात, कडाक्याच्य थंडीत व पावसात, जंगलात वाघ अस्वले तथा वण्यप्राण्यांच्या सान्निध्यात सोडवल्या आहेत.
To express gratitude to the linemen across the country, the Central Government has decided to celebrate Lineman's Day on 4th March 2023 across the country. On March 4, Lineman's Day will be celebrated everywhere in Mahavitran and on this occasion various programs have been organized in Chandrapur circle. Janamitra i.e. Lineman is a very important element in the system of Mahavitran. Janamitra of Mahavitran provides round-the-clock service for smooth power supply to customers in heat, wind, rain and other extreme conditions.
This day has been organized to express gratitude towards their work. Regular and outsourced male and female linemen will be felicitated by the regional director and chief engineer in the main programs organized at the regional and circle level of Mahavitran across the state. Apart from this, Lineman's Day will be organized separately in the sub-divisional office or remote branch offices in rural areas where the working area of the division office is extended and remote. In all these programs, the participants will be made aware about electricity safety by taking oath of electricity safety.
Along with this program will be guided by Joint Managing Director, Regional Director, Chief Engineer, Superintending Engineer and Executive Engineer. Moreover, the experiences of male and female linemen will be narrated and they will be duly honored in it. The main program is organized at Babupeth office on Ballarpur Road, at 11 am. Chief Engineer Sunil Deshpande will be the main presence in this program. Also, in the programs organized at all places, oath of electricity safety, awareness about electricity safety will be given. Mahavitaran has appealed to all women and men, both regular and external, to participate in this Lineman's Day program to be held on March 4 at various levels in the state.
In Chandrapur circle, 'Lineman' means messenger or friend of Jannet, 'Janamitra' works in remote areas like Chandrapur and Gadchireali, forests, valleys, hills, sometimes storms sometimes wind, floods, rains and sometimes bitter cold. All these seasons in a way test the employees of Mahavitran.
