चंद्रपूर जिल्हा मध्यवर्ती सहकारी बँकेची ही 24 जणांची भरती प्रक्रिया 2013 मध्ये शेखर धोटे यांच्या अध्यक्षीय कार्यकाळात राबविली होती. बँकेच्या निवड समितीतील सदस्यांपैकी कमिटीतील एक सदस्य रवी शिंदे यांनी सभेत व्हिडीओ शूटिंग घेऊन मुलाखतीत गुण वाढवून देऊन रक्कम गोळा करण्याचे संभाषण लाचलुचपत प्रतिबंधक खात्याकडे देऊन तक्रार केली होती.#cdcc Bank Chandrapur
तपासाअंती 8 ऑगस्ट 2017 ला रामनगर पोलिस ठाण्यामध्ये एफआयआर. क्र. 1733 नोंदवून तत्कालीन बँक अध्यक्ष, उपाध्यक्ष व 4 संचालक, 3 निवड समितीतील अधिकारी व एमकेसीएलचे प्रतिनिधी यांना तक्रारकर्ते रवींद्र शिंदे यांच्यासह 11 जणांना आरोपी केले होते. परंतु राजकीय दडपणाखाली संथगतीने चौकशी सुरू ठेवली. सहा वर्षे लोटूनही दोषारोप दाखल केले नव्हते.
माजी आमदार वामनराव चटप यांनी उच्च न्यायालयात रिट क्र. 518 / 2022 दाखल करून सीआयडी चौकशीची मागणी केली असता लाचलुचपत प्रतिबंधक खात्याने 11 जणांना नोकर भरतीत अपात्र उमेदवारांना गुण वाढवून पात्र ठरवून नेमणूक दिल्याचे आरोप सिद्ध होत असल्याचे तपासात निष्पन्न झाले होते. आता सहकार खात्याने दोषारोपपत्र दाखल करण्यास परवानगी दिल्याने 2 मार्च 2023 रोजी चंद्रपूर येथील न्यायालयात अखेर दोषारोपपत्र दाखल केले आहे.

The anti-corruption department on March 2 filed a charge sheet in court against 11 directors of the Chandrapur District Central Co-operative Bank for enhancing the marks of some candidates in the controversial recruitment of constables and clerks in 2013. This recruitment process of 24 people of Chandrapur District Central Cooperative Bank was implemented in 2013 during the tenure of Shekhar Dhote as President. One of the members of the selection committee of the bank, Ravi Shinde, a member of the committee, had given a complaint to the Anti-Corruption Department about raising the marks in the interview by shooting video in the meeting.
After investigation FIR on 8th August 2017 in Ramnagar Police Station. No. 1733, the then bank chairman, vice chairman and 4 directors, 3 officers of the selection committee and representative of MKCL were accused along with 11 persons including the complainant Ravindra Shinde. But investigations continued slowly under political pressure. Even after six years no chargesheet was filed.
Former MLA Vamanrao Chatap filed writ no. 518 / 2022 filed and demanded a CID inquiry, the investigation found that the allegations of the Anti-Corruption Department appointing 11 persons in the recruitment of unqualified candidates by increasing the marks and qualifying them. Now that the cooperation department has given permission to file the charge sheet, the charge sheet has finally been filed in the court at Chandrapur on March 2, 2023.
